We recently purchased a Skoda Elroq through Quinn Murdoch. We were very pleased with his presentation and help including delivering to our home. He showed care and empathy when explaining the car.
We purchased our Grand California 600 new from Tristram in 2021 and received great service from them. Paul Little was our man and even to this day, despite us having exported the vehicle to the UK, is always on the end of an email to assist with any issues.
I have bought two brand new cars from Tristram European, first a Golf, then a Tiguan that I did 293,000kns on an amazing car and now just bought my third brand new car from Tristram European - another Tiguan. Always amazing service and smiles from Gary who usually greets me, Paul Little who I bought my car from, his knowledge, handover and follow up was faultless and the service department always so helpful even at very short notice, I rate all the team so highly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Amazing, Paul is very helpful, pleasant person. He went above and beyond to help me with my VW. Will definitely recommend Paul at Tristram. Great experience.
