I purchased an MG EV from Tristram MG in Wairau Rd in 2023. The vehicle came with 7 year Roadside Assistance, 7 year Warranty and 7 year WOF. I took my vehicle (now 3 years old) to Tristram MG West Auckland. Booked online for 11am. Got sent a reminder the day prior with no mention of time. When we arrived I was told that the vehicle would be ready for pick up at 1pm.
