Really didn’t like the pressure the real estate agent puts on you saying how much competition there is and requiring a cash only application fee from everyone attending the open house, truly a disgrace and a scam.

Ugh...apartment hunting is so stressful, especially with all of the scams out there. I was a little apprehensive when the pre-screening questions were being asked.of me, but then I received a phone number to call or text so that I could verify that I was dealing with a real person. That certainly eased my nerves. The online application process was so convenient & user friendly.

Worst company. Tried contacting them for my move out date and and no one will respond to me. I was told buy tristone that I'm not allowed to cancel my utilities and that it's the nxt tenants responsibility to change it over in their name. This place is extremely unprofessional. I will be stopping in to get my freaking answer. Should know to be weary it's located in fall river
