I had tristate fix my leaning tub faucet. Apparently they had to replace the kohler cartridge. The initial visit had some issues with the company not sending in their insurance to my building which causes some delays. They also quoted times they would be here but were late. After they replaced the cartridge, the leak still wasn't fixed so they came back another time. This time they reinstalled the cartridge upside down so the hot and cold water were reversed. Unresponsive and untrustworthy.
Couldn't ask for more. Hired him to install attenuator for water hammer problem. He discovered that the kitchen faucet needed replacement and we went to Home Depot for the part; he stuck to his original quote plus only $25 for the extra time and effort. There has been no more hammering and the tenant is pleased, as am I.
He came within an hour, price was reasonable and he got the job done quickly. Excellent.
