I can't recommend Tristate Pain Institute (TSPI), located in Ft. Mohave , Az. Office poorly run. Seldom return calls. Keep scheduling with wrong doctor. Nurse Practitioner (NP) ill-prepared for my office visits. At one point, the NP thought I had the procedure that was not even authorized yet. Totally dropped the ball when it was time for definitive treatment (epidural). Never called to advise, they no longer out-sourced to the doctor that accepted my insurance.
