What an awful experience dealing with TriState Collision. I was referred by GEICO for a broken taillight. They do not communicate well and I had to call several times to figure out the next steps. When it was time to replace the taillight, I was told it will take 45 minutes to an hour, and it's ok to just wait. The guy who checked in the car told me a few times "won't take long" or "10 more minutes". I waited for 4 hours. I asked for the manager several times and he won't come out and talk to me. I am now on my 5th or 6th time to have TriState repair the work they did in 2011. Currently, my issues are that the paint did not adhere well to the front bumper, the molding has fallen off multiple times, body panels are rusting where they did work, rear bumper is bubbling and rusting, and the weather stripping around the glass has peeled away from the glass.
