Extremely frustrating to deal with. Just use a different ban
Worst online bank ever. We have a SB LOC we cant even access. pasasword resets never make it to us when needed, phone service gets disconnected with no call back and you have to wait in the queue forever, and right now we have been locked out of our account for 5 days because of it causing moderate issues with our contractors for ongoing projects. Awful. referred to us by our wealth manager we now know because he gets a percentage. and has been the worse banking experience
