This guys sold us a car with a Faulty transmission, that supposedly had 2 year warranty he took it back to get serviced and we have been without a car for over a month when we purchased it. He then promised a loaner car that he ended up not following through with, the place that is “fixing the car” says he didn’t even get a transmission from them so they are probably not proceeding with the repairs. Bought a 2012 BMW 5 series. Car was in the same condition as advertised. Runs really smooth and very clean. Salesman was very willing to work and determined for me to leave with the car I wanted. All In all great experience. And will definitely shop with this dealership in the future.
I have nothing but good things to say about this gentleman and his car dealership. Very nice guy, professional and outgoing! I look forward to doing future business with Tristate auto group and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car at a great price!
