Talked to Andy, apparently the owner, and set up numerous times to look at work I needed done. We also communicated via text. Everything started out great with Andy, but then nothing happened. He quit answering the phone, stopped text replies and basically left me hanging. I want to thank Andy for doing nothing as the branch I needed removed finally broke and fell through my roof. Andy did an outstanding job on a tree removal for our family that other companies either wouldn't do or wanted to charge too much. Very professional, good communication, well priced, and excellent service. We will definitely use Tristar Tree Service for any future tree issues. These guys were awesome to work with.
