I had to go to the ER at the advice of my PCP. Everyone was very friendly from the triage nurse, to the registration clerk and the actual nurses and physicians. While the wait was long, it was understandable due to more important cases coming in and taking care of those in more need than myself. The nurses checked up on the patients in the waiting room every 15 min or so; taking vitals and letting people know where they were in line for a room. I know not everyone likes to hear they'll have a two hour wait, but it's the natu... read more

Nurses were really nice but the ER had my mom in the hallway for hours and never once checked on her.... She was exposed to criminals, mentally unstable patients and no telling what kind of sickness. When she was finally moved to a room she wasn't given food or water until the next day even though she was on a regular diet. I don't think we will use this hospital again I was really disappointed in the care my mom received!!!!!

Don't go to skyline medical center guys. Apparently there nurses can come in treating their patients like total shit. And they don't even get in trouble. My mother's nurse refused to give her her pain meds, canceled her pick line, and told her she either sign the AMA papers for her to leave willingly now or she will have the police escort her out. I got to the hospital and went off on the director of the floor and got so mad I had to leave and then I called and talked to him and his conclusion was that me and my mother are l... read more

Nurses were wonderful IF you could get them in the room. I was told each nurse had 8 patients on that particular day. Another day I was told 1 tech for 34 patients. Shame on you Tristar Skyline Medical! Your patients and nurses suffer. We will go somewhere else next time. So, word of warning: if you have to go to Skyline, better take you some help if you need some!

The nurses and staff on the 5th floor have been friendly and professional, but take to long to answer call lights, probably because of understaffing. From what I understand there is a 1 to 4 nurse to patient ratio and 1 tech. I would like to suggest a CNA for each wing on each floor to help with call lights and assisting patients. We have been in other hospitals with my mother and have never had an issue with this. Not only that, but when a patient is already a stroke victim, a fall risk, and urinates because they can't hold... read more

I was transported by ambulance to this hospital and the care I received was excellent! Dr. Heavrin, and his team were great. Can't say enough about this hospital and staff. A big thank you Dr. HEAVRIN, AND YOUR TEAM for saving my life that night

My mother was transported by ambulance to this hospital last night. We were 600 miles from home and did not know what to expect. All of the staff went above and beyond their duties to care for her. I even received a call this evening from one of the doctors concerning her lab results.
