On the 14th I had an angioplasty. The nurses and doctors were there usual excellent. I saw another Essential worker. A small lady from housekeeping Was cleaning empty rooms. I couldn’t imagine seeing anyone care more about her job and patient care. She left not one surface in those rooms unsterilized. She wiped UNDER the mattresses. I only wish I’d gotten her name. my brother is a patient there he has copd and covid when family callabout his condition they state one one family menber can call but the one family menber doesnt tell other family how the patient is doing by having this hospital policy i think that this hospital is uncompassionate and very inappropriate for family menbers this hospital is very old fashion they dont have phones number to the patient roon you have to go thru the operator then the nursing station then they switch you in the room the nurses are very condesc... read more

I went into the Texsan Rehab after being in main Methodist. In bad shape,came out of rehab 100% better.The occupation and physical therapists help me do my best to get well.From doctors,nurses,therapist and housekeeping were professional,friendly and just great people..Recommend to anyone needing rehab to go to Methodist Texsan. A week after I made an appointment for a root canal referral. Dr. Nasser’s receptionist called saying they needed to push it back 45 minutes and would send an email to confirm a new appointment. Nasser’s office then confirms a new appointment via Email-stating new appt. was just a consult now and I will need 2 appointments as another patient needed my time slot. I called to find out why as I am going to need someone to get my RX for antibiotics if this is spread out, when I called asking about the change; Dr. Nasser jumped... read more

Worst place I have ever been to. Got upset enough that I got up and walked out of their so-called ICU and swore never to enter their doors again. Morton Plant is way better in all respects.
