Get directionsThis is my second review of this Hospital. About 5 weeks ago my husbands Doctor said to get him to Emergency he was having a Stroke. They admitted him and the next day discharged him saying he did not have a Stroke but his Carotid artery is 70-75% clogged see a Surgeon, because he was in Emergency in the hall for 6 hrs. while Stretchers went by he picked up COVID from Emergency. After he was home for about 2 weeks I noticed him getting weaker, more severe signs that he did have a Stroke, took. Him back to Emergency and was admi... read more
My husband had a serious Stroke and was given good care by the Nursing Team but the one guy that took him for a MRI actually abused him. My husband said he put him in the Machine, did give him a Pillow for his Neck but put him into the machine so it was actually was pressing on his Nose,my husbands Body was jumping and he was screaming and pressing the call button and it was ignored by this tech. When he pulled him out he grabbed the button from my husbands Hand. My Husband was furious when brought back to the room and told t... read more
Horrible Emergency Services!!! My husband waited 9 hours in the waiting room, never got into a room. He showed EVERY sign of having COVID-19, was VERY sick, could not breath, was throwing up, had a fever over 101, and no one cared. After 9 hours in the waiting area, they told him to come back the next morning and “maybe a room would be available”. No Wonder Why COVID-19 is Not Going Away! People Who Clearly Have It Can Not Even Get Proper Treatment At A “Reputable” Hospital. He never even got a lousy Tylenol to help the feve... read more

I loved my stay at Parkridge East Hospital. The hospital itself was smaller than Erlanger so you receive more individual needs met during your labor process than what you do in a bigger hospital setting. Most importantly, Like Parkridge states, the nurses are absolutely more seasoned and the turn over rate is much lower. When I gave birth to my first born at another hospital, every single nurse was new and it felt a bit overwhelming when questions could not be answered. My care at Parkridge was wonderful- nurse Jill and Mor... read more
My family and I have used this hospital for yrs. My wife was admitted a few days ago. I have never been so disrespected by the "professional s"@ this hospital. I was verbally insulted and spoken to as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I am one of many
On January 4th went to ER with overwhelming covid symptoms looking for some relief. A Dr. Jordan Markel finally came out to the waiting room with an attitude like, 'I don't want to be here and I wish you weren't here so let's get this over with.' Gave me prescriptions for Tylenol, anti nausea and upset stomach and sent me packing without checking anything. Extremely disappointed. 2 days later went to an urgent care and they actually gave me some help.
Very disorganized and unprofessional. This is mom’s second stay. I would avoid this hospital for all but very limited specialized departments. And then get out ASAP.
