this rating is for the lab only. I was sent here from an ER where my CT scan showed ovarian cancer. W Marion was to do a paracentesis (draw fluid from abdomen} to tell #of cancer cells, the type to determine other organ involvement, etc. A VERY important test my oncologist needed to determine the type of cancer, stage it, and come up with a treatment plan asap as this is an aggressive cancer. 3.2 liters{about 7 lbs} was drawn. When my Dr. called for results she was told the fluid had gotten THROWN OUT and NEVER TESTED. now i... read more
Wish I was able to give zero stars due to the nature of this complaint. This hospital literally did not take patient care seriously and had neglected care for my parent. They knew of their diagnosis with having CKD and used procedures that forced the kidneys to fail. They had a female nurse which I will not expose here on this thread but she has no business being a nurse, she was snotty condescending and even was laughing with a fellow colleague while trying to take care of the patient, she had zero idea how to utilize the d... read more
I recently took my mother to the ER after she fell. Very professional, very helpful staff. Both Dianna and Andrea went out of their way to help my mom. They also answered my questions and releived a stressful situation for me. Thank you!
Dr. Yousaf was the best I have had at oviedo e.r. I would recommend family and friends.
I have been here at Greenview since Tuesday. I came in for pain which has been dx as a bulging disc. I was given something g for pain as soon as I got here but after that didn’t see much staff. I was told by a nurse that I was going to hurt. I ended up in the ER for almost 9 hours. I asked 3 times for something for pain. finally gave me something but by then I was in so much pain it didn’t help today was another bad day. I have a medication pump that is attached to a breathing sensor. It frequently goes off. One time today i... read more
Trying to get results from this facility is a joke, back and forth transfer. Nothing is notated in the portal for what doctor 'recommended.' Transferred back and forth for an hour and no one know what they are doing!!!
Best ER experience ever. I'm in my 60s and a klutz so I've seen the inside of a lot of ERs in several parts of the US. I was seen quickly. The Staff and Doctors were friendly and informative. This was 1st time I wasn't stuck in a room and didn't know what was going on. They told me what they wanted to do and why, instead of just sign here so we can .......... The Lady who did my blood test was very good. Not even a pinch and I'm afraid of needles. I would recommend this ER to anyone with a choice.
I had no other option than to give 1 star. The hospital has the WORST RADIOLOGIST working for their facility. Dr Winston Irving had misdiagnosed me with a "broken neck" I was transported to a Trama hospital and was told their was absolutely NOTHING BROKEN. No one in this hospital seems to have the phone number of the billing department as to where this Radiologist works from. My insurance company gave me a phone number they were provided with a it was an old employee cell phone to the Radiologist. My insurance company also... read more
