Our daughter was seen in the ER last night by Dr. Stupid! We have to remember some people are good test takers. Dr. stupid informed us that our daughter wasn’t going to die today and to follow up with her primary care doctor. She did not exam her or speak to her. Read a few lab results and said you have “Gerd”. The good news is we have an incredible family doctor who is now overseeing her care. Came to ER on Easter with bleeding issues. Not first time with same problem. Waited 4 hours before the DR wanted to exam issue in public area...not happening. Never put in exam room, NO ONE looked at problem and was sent home bleeding. Bled for 2 more days. Rudest DR I have ever met. This is a teaching hospital but seems like they don't want to learn. Went to Gainsville and will be having NEEDED surgery next month. Know any good LAWYERS???? Run away from this joke of a hospital.

The staff at Parkland - Ashley at the front desk; Laura RN and Maureen NP are a great team. They take very good care of you and spend the time necessary to help treat your symptoms. I have used Parkland for several years and highly recommend it ..........feel better go to Parkland in Salem.

I can’t say enough about Parkland Urgent Care.. I went in Easter Sunday about 6:00 PM was taken right away.. from the front desk.to the nurse to the practitioner.very clean facility.. I have been to a couple of urgent cares but this by far was the best!

I was a stage 4 cancer patient and now in remission. My experience here was awful. Poorly attended. The trauma team was so bad. I sent a note into the Patient Advocate department and hope I hear from someone.

Be very careful when deciding (if you have a choice) to go here for Emergency Services. I came here about 30 minutes after experiencing the following during a neck massage while in Florida on travel: 1. Disoriented and dizzy 2. When I tried to stand up, my legs gave out 3. Severely slurred speech 4. Unable to move 5. Spasms in my right hand. The symptoms thankfully cleared up quickly within 10 minutes so I drove to the Destin ER since that was the closest ER (about a 6 mile drive). I was extremely anxious when I got to th... read more

The worst hospital in Jacksonville. The cardiologist department the head nurse is terrible. The register nurses unprofessional.The cargiologists are thinking about business not patients. They discharged my husband with huge infection without follow up appointments and rehabilitation. The nephrologist Dr.Salameh did not show up for 4 days .I had a horrible time in Memorial Hospital. Lack of communication .DR.Mueller offered rehabilitation to my husband a week later my husband passed away.
