500 Hospital Dr, Madison, TN, 37115, United States
Get directionsKaneisha was fantastic. She was very helpful, kind and made us feel like she had all the time to spend with us. She was quick to come and assist where needed. Thank you Kaneisha for all your hard work
This ER experience was horrible. Incompetent nursing - couldn’t find a vein for IV. Slow slow slow care. Came in at 3pm finally left by ambulance to another hospital after midnight. Treated other patients disrespectfully and left me in pain for 2 hours with only 4 other patients in the whole place. Listen if you just need stitches .. go there. But if you have ANything else wrong with you- drive the 20 min to a real ER.
I was at Hendersonville Hospital and had a Pacemaker installed. It went very well and this was 2 weeks before i moved to another state. I was sent a bill from this hospital and I paid a small amount since I was sent a bill. I expected another bill so that I could pay what I owed after Medicare was charged a certain amount. The stupid billing and dumb administation depatment was so incompatent that they never sent me another bill even knowing my new address in another state. This incompatent hospital sent my bill to a colle... read more
This was the worse visit I have ever had here the doctor who was working on nov 12 night shift acted as if he didn't care about anything I was saying he was just looking to do a quick fix just to get me out of here he just gave me med without doing any test or blood work and sent me in my way I feel so disrespected
Just had a procedure this morning...thank God, I don't go to medical facilities often...and I'd like to recognize the following for OUTSTANDING SERVICE: - Dr. Alvarez - Marinelle (nurse) - Matthew (nurse - anesthesia) - Girlie Mae (real name, no kidding, lol; nurse) - Andrea (post-op nurse) Northcrest is very fortunate to have y'all! The nurses at this hospital will let you die. There is absolutely no patient care at all. My fiancé had his leg removed and he is begging for pain meds and cannot get it. They tried to feed him an hour before surgery which could have derailed everything. Since then, no one has fed him at all. Getting somewhere with these people is redundant. If you have to come here, make sure you have an attorney on speed dial. His first time here while in trauma ICU they turned his pain pump off in the middle of the night.
The hospital does not have a radiologist on site and send their films to Vanderbilt to be read. A ct scan done emergently in the ER can take 6 to 8 hours to be read. This is detrimental to patient care. They are putting profits over patients care and safety. My family will go to the medical center for urgent care going forward or Vanderbilt
My name is Paul D. My wife is Ann D. My wife experienced a ruptured aneurysm seven years ago. As a result, she had two very large strokes. The strokes took her speech and the use of her legs and left arm. She has been bedridden ever since. She is in a long term care skilled facility. I’m at the facility five days a week. I tend to all her personal needs when I’m with her. On October 26th, 2024, Ann started experiencing problems breathing and a heart rate of 140. I told the staff to send for an ambulance. I told them to take ... read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would! Don't go to this hospital. They will treat you like a junkie and send you home to die.
