Love my townhome!!! So well built …quiet, spaciuos ! Tristar was amazing to work with! I highly recommend!
Edited: a few months after submitting this review they sent a crew out to finish the deck and we were very grateful. We do love our home and they were an easy company to work with when building. The painter explained the company had called and we were on their list, but kept getting forgotten or pushed to the back, so it wasn’t the builders fault. DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME FROM TRISTAR! RUN DONT WALK ! I PURCHASED MY HOME IN 2022 with major issues insufficient IJoist issues shaky floors, major cement cracking, in driveway, deck is falling apart major cement cracks Squeaky floors very poor workmanship walls are hollow my home was build like a trailer. Split wood on deck exposed nails. They are VERY POOR builders save your money again I do not recommend TriStar home builders! .. # Thank me later !! # TriStar home builders are HORRIBLE!!!
