If you trying to get anything done in a timely manner this is not the place to call. They are slow at everything they do. You can't even get the lady who answe the phone to get back to you or someone else gets back to you. They do not like to help the community out with any projects that are going on. Run run run
We had a great experience with Ryan and Tristar! Ryan was so informative from the very beginning of the process. This was our first time getting a new roof so we needed a lot of guidance and Ryan was exceptional at answering questions quickly and helping us navigate insurance. The final roof and gutters look great and the work was quick. Definitely recommend!
We highly recommend TriStar Roofing. They are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dustin, our project manager, paid great attention to detail and was always available with any questions we had throughout the roof installation.
Tristar is my go to for roofing works they are always quick to respond and do quality work.
I called when I noticed problems caused by a recent storm. Unfortunately another storm was headed the next day. I called TriStar based on a recommendation from a friend. With just my word, and no previous business with each other, I was shocked when I was told they would be here asap because they were trying to get everybody fixed before the next day's storm.
