My experience with Dr. Max Crouse was one of the worst I’ve had with any medical professional. He lacked empathy, didn’t seem to genuinely listen to my concerns, and left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. They are TERRIBLE at scheduling!! I scheduled an appointment online, two weeks out and they called the DAY before to reschedule me because I am a new patient and the lady acted like it was my fault! I show up today, and the lady told me the wrong date, it’s scheduled for tomorrow when I had confirmation it was today! Extremely frustrating!!!! I’ll gladly find a new primary care doctor instead of this joke of a place!
