20+ year patient with HCA. Primary care physician left HCA this year and procedure hoops have made it easier for me to change providers than for me to stay with HCA. Super ridiculous. Bet I won’t get a survey for this though!
My experience with Dr. Max Crouse was one of the worst I’ve had with any medical professional. He lacked empathy, didn’t seem to genuinely listen to my concerns, and left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. There was no sense of care or connection — just a cold, transactional interaction that made me seriously question how he's in the role he holds. They are TERRIBLE at scheduling!! I scheduled an appointment online, two weeks out and they called the DAY before to reschedule me because I am a new patient and the lady acted like it was my fault! I show up today, and the lady told me the wrong date, it’s scheduled for tomorrow when I had confirmation it was today! Extremely frustrating!!!! I’ll gladly find a new primary care doctor instead of this joke of a place!
