How do you give negative stars? Staff are poorly trained, rude, inept and void of any compassion and empathy. Dr Ayman Mourtada is arrogant, belligerent, and unprofessional. How is this guy even qualified to be a GP. We've had a family emergency, where the police, coronors office, funeral home, family and hospital staff have ALL been urgently trying to get hold of Dr Mourtada for days. I see dr Tooba. She is fantastic. I took a point off the rating because reception staff are very cold, borderline rude. Super unfriendly, sour, must hate their job. Can’t get through to clinic by phone. The voice message says to book on line or ring 000 in an emergency. Then hangs up. If you try to book an appointment through the receptionists, they book you way into the future. If you book on line you can get in the next day. Also they recently stopped bulk billing 😭🥺

Could not discourage this clinic any more! Reception staff are rude and condescending. Dr Ayman should not have license to practice!; rude, degrading and just blatantly does not know the bare minimum about simple practices.
