Appointment this morning for 8.30, Dr Dinali Kannangara wanders in at 8.45am doesn’t acknowledge her receptionist at all. Passes by her twice more, no acknowledgment. Wanders for another 15 mins then calls you in and snaps at you, re my address. At 75 at least Ballarat TRISTAR checks your BP before renewing my script. At no time did she look at me, just the computer! Forget this Doctor at all costs!!

The female Dr Dinalli is the rudest GP I've ever encountered in 33 years. Condescending. Shows little to no signs of care or of your condition. Avoid this 'docter' at all costs despite how desperate you may be for treatment or consultation.

Dr Dinali is the rudest person I have ever talked with. She has zero interest in helping and makes you feel stupid for asking questions. I've torn the deltoid liegiment in my ankle and she told me if I can take 4 steps then there is nothing wrong with it. Two months later I find out the extent of my injuries and now require surgery because it was not dealt with correctly to begin with.

The Female Doctor “ Dinali Kannangara” here at Tristar Medical Torquay is horrendous. She has no people skills at all, she is very rude, can’t get you out quick enough and has a bad attitude. I highly recommend that you do not make an appointment with her! She shouldn’t be employed as a doctor! This is by far the worst consult I have ever experienced from a doctor and I have also heard similar experiences from a lot of people 👎
