Never have had any trouble.
Love Dr. Kellogg but cannot stand the office staff. They are rude and show no empathy to a patient. They all love to talk back to you with an attitude. Nor will they return phone calls. I've worked in customer service and healthcare for years, they should retake empathy classes. And should remain taking them yearly. If you answer the phone snotty and act like you don't care, you need a new job.
