From the day I became a new patient of this facility, the experience has been less than 1 star. It actually started the day I signed all the paperwork as a new patient and was required to sign a document that allowed the facility to discharge me as a patient if I had 3 no show/no calls for my appointments. I absolutely LOVE this office! I have seen Dr. Kucich for years, and absolutely LOVE her! I have been sick for 3 weeks...of course, worst on days the office was closed for the holidays. So I went to a drug store walk-in clinic, and a second time to an urgent care center. Got meds but didn't help. Finally saw Dr K yesterday...and I already feel better!
