whilst the innitial appointments were professional, it did,nt last, firstly the male doctor refused to acknowledge the severe pain i was experiencing with post kidney stone stent in place, i ended going to RDH for pain relief more than 5 times ended up on morpine and endows, i am fine know and drug free, secondly, i spent 20mins waiting on the phone to them, no message saying they were in a staff meeting, unprofesional to say the least

Staff are so lovely! I realised I had the wrong script while visiting the chemist next door and was lucky enough to be fit into an appointment and seen straight away.

I went to the surgery to make an appointment for my 8 year old to have her B vaccine for Meningococcal and flue shot. I also booked my parents and myself in for flew shots, to arrive at my appointment time and get told they lost our booking, have no flu vaccines and after paying $150 for the Meningococcal vaccine which was stored at the surgery to be told when they lost power, in our cyclone they lost my vaccine. Wouldn't you think there insurance would cover you. Apparently NOT!!

Out of all the doctor surgeries in Darwin, You can't go past Tri Star. I rang around every clinic in darwin, as i have only just come here. I found the receptionists couldn't speak english very well, they had no idea on what you were talking about. When it came to s8 prescriptions. Even though their clinic had registered doctors to write s8 scripts. They didn't even offer to try and take my name or number to help me. I undetstand people doctor shop to get s8 drugs.
