Just bought a JCB 1CXT and the folks here were outstanding to deal with. Great price and awesome customer service.
Seems they don’t care about responding to companies in a timely manner. Requested a quote from sales 3 separate times. Took almost 3 weeks. Had to email to even get a response. Then when I did reply and ask a question it took over a day to respond. Not sure how you plan on anyone being loyal with service like this. Called another jcb and got quote same day. 🤷
Very helpful staff. It's rare you deal with a heavy equipment dealership that actually wants to help. These guys will go out of their way to be so.
