On 12/15/2022 at or around I voluntarily came into a TriStar Summit with the hope of reestablishing my psychiatric medications. I was to start of new job right after Christmas as well, all this in hopes to try and improve my life and wellbeing for future. Horrible service. They didn't even figure out was wrong with me. They didn't give me a hospital band. The ER doctor needs to be fired.

I read an article...One of the 250 best hospitals in America. " Exceptional, patient-focused culture" If 1 plus 1 equals 2 Exceptional patient -focused culture must equal the following. 1. Non responsive to patient need help who has limited mobility in using the restroom. Solution - just do it in the bed and sit in it for an hour 2. Deliver lunch and assistance for a patient with limited mobility arrives 30 minutes after lunch is delivered. Call to nurse button must not be working...again. I take my kid to the ER in the morning at 6 o’clock because he cannot sleep from his ear infection , 1- I asked the nurse to she bring me a cup of water she say I will be back and she never back 2- I call her on the speaker for a cup of water and she come to the room and she say we waiting for the results and we go from there 3- again I called her on the speaker for a cup of water she say I will be there and she never come She was very bad nurse. This one star is only concerning the Emergency Room department and the lack of care and professionalism in this particular area. First, I would like to add that I have had at least 6 surgeries and 4 hospital stays at this hospital. The same day surgery team and the main hospital are wonderful. I've left excellent reviews regarding these two areas. The Emergency Room department and staff is a totally different story. You made it an absolute pleasure to be around such wonderful people that made you feel like you were their number one priority! Having just checked my husband into the ER, he started to fall while waiting in the waiting room. I was barely able to catch him and was struggling to keep him upright. I called for help. The receptionist, barely bother to look up and stated simply in the most unconcerned tone that he needed to sit down. Then she promptly proceeded to scold me on their policy of having visitors while still struggling to get my husband seated. She couldn't be bothered to even stand up to see what was going on. I went to the ER today in Portland what my 2 year old child. I could not keep her fever down. It was 104 when I left my house. I got to the ER at 1:30 this afternoon. I didn't leave until after 6:30 this evening. we waited 2 hours in the waiting room. then we get back to a room the doctor acted like my 2 year old child was going to bite her. I went in with a pain level of 10 and described all my symptoms to the Spring Hill ER. They then told me that it was a sore muscle. The doctor said a pain and muscle relaxer would bring relief. Received two shots and waited. After 30 minutes my pain was still at a 10, which I told the 4 medical people that were in the room. They seem to be perplexed and sent me home telling me that it would start to work soon. I went back two hours later with the same pain level. The same doctor then gave me a patch for the muscle.
