My mother was given confirmation prior to discharge from the hospital, after having a total hip replacement, that she would be receiving home health physical therapy through Tristar. This was her only in network option. Even though they accepted the case on Saturday (per the nurse manager at Tristar), On Monday, was told they denied it based off being at capacity for "Humana Members". Brookdale has done a fabulous job with my Mother, She had a partial hip replacement in August. Norman RN was a great Nurse, Very attentive and thorough. Angela OT was fabulous, My mom looked forward to her visits. Matt PT is still working with my mom and doing a great job. I have recommended Brookdale to several people, So thankful for such a great company.
My experience with this company was good. Until one of the girls submitted a report that the client had pills all over the floor. Was still driving her vehicle to go meet her boyfriend. She’s (89) I sure wished I could remember the girls name. I would submit a report on her. For not doing her job. And only her job. This person is Not an asset to your company feel free to contact me. Brook dale and we will figure out who the liar is on your staff
My whole experience with Brookdale Home Health was exceptional. After my neck surgery I received physical therapy from Matt, occupational therapy from Karen and Speach therapy from Kelsie. They were all amazing including my intake nurse. I really can't say enough about the services I received.
