My husband and I went to Tristar to refinance our mortgage to a lower interest rate and they did a great job very good team and it was painless. We gave them everything they asked for to get it started and they took care of the rest we also were informed there was a cloud on our title from a refi years ago and Tristar had worked to get the cloud removed. Very happy with this company and they are who we will go to in the future. Smart people for sure. Super happy lowered payment & lowered interest!

DO not use them You will end up paying more , trying to get a refund will take multiple calls. Their team is not organized and Seth the owner gets angry and thinks everyone else is dumb.
There's a raging debate as to which process is more tortuous. Re-fi or home purchase. The choice is to either invest heavily in booze, pre-pay a therapist and divorce attorney and buy a forehead pad for the inevitable head banging.... -OR- Hire Seth and his team at Tristar Financial. I contacted Seth for refinancing and i had a pretty good experience with TriStar. I told him my requirements and he came back with the best offer and I didn't have to negotiate for it. I referred few of my other friends and they also got the good rates. One thing which I think can be improved is proactive communication for each stage of the loan during the process. My loan was closed on time without any extra fee or issues.
Seth and Tristar were great!, super responsive and rate competitive over most other companies we were looking at! They did a great job, give the fact we were pretty complex. Thanks again!
