I had an impasse regarding a real estate transaction and decided to go to the top by presenting the situation to owner, Jason Strain, who immediately jumped on the stressful problem and solved it in a mere two hours! What more can one ask for other than the peace of mind that comes with dealing with a truly reputable operation?
Due to some nearby construction blasting I had to call the property manager and let them know we needed the deck to our rental property repaired, and I thought here we go... But once again, TriStar was top notch. Sent someone out the next day to inspect and the day after to repair it. Well done TriStar Elite Realty!
