Pre admission testing and paperwork. It very smoothly and there was almost no waiting!
AMAZING HOSPITAL!! We were there a little over two hours, but we were treated than Vanderbilt AND Jennie Stuart! From the receptionist to the insurance lady, to the doctor, everyone was VERY NICE and VERY HELPFUL! I live in Clarksville, but I'll drive over an hour to use this hospital!! They finally took care of my husband like he should have been in the first place! The lady who drew my husband's blood was a REAL professional! I'd recommend them to anyone!
Best place ever. They took good care of my daughter in her stay there and I received no less than the best treatment! The doctors are wonderful and the nurses are stellar!

Took 45 minutes to register just for x-rays then almost an hour wait for the x-rays. Missed dr appt because of the wait.
Other than the long wait, everyone was extremely nice and it was a pleasant experience. All my questions were answered and I am ready for surgery! I would like to add that the valet experience was horrible! I had all the windows up, radio off, and the A/C on low. When I picked up the car, the driver was driving WAY too fast and almost hit someone, all of the windows were down, the radio was on and loud, and the A/C was on full blast.
