I came in for surgery this morning and everyone was so nice and professional, for now on Centennial will be our number one hospital! Everyone had so much compassion and was very humble, just a wonderful staff!

We were scared of what might lie ahead for us, but from the moment we got there and registered we just knew this was THE place to be! From the nursing staff in the Heart & Vascular Center, to Dr. Brian Jefferson we felt the care was exceptional! From explaining what would happen to recovery and after care was all stellar! We can’t say ENOUGH great things about TriStar Centennial! I don’t think we’ll ever go anywhere else!
Oh, you’d best be VERY careful when you have surgery here!!! They bill your insurance company BEFORE your surgery!!!! They billed my ins company for my hysterectomy the day I came in for pre-admit testing!!!!! Totally UNETHICAL!!!!! Not only that, but I received HORRIBLE care here post op!!! Patient beware!!! They do not care about you!!!!
I would rather die before I would ever allow myself to be sent to Centennial ever again.
