I’ve been there 17 times this year and they managed to deal with my issues effectively and quickly, especially during a pandemic. I’ve had several NEGATIVE COVID-19 tests. All of my doctors, but one, round there.
You can't get through directly to anyone unless they have give you a direct number. I never got a prescription filled. There was no follow up and felt intimidated and bullied. Would just to say I recently had a stay at Centennial Hospital My stay was great. And I want give recognition to the nurses and staff for making my visit very relaxing and one nurse in particular I believe her name is Erika Teaks She was so sweet and caring. Even with the medical field being exhausted from the Corona Virus you never tell by the care I received Thank you Erika
A doctor in the ER just told me TO MY FACE that my girlfriend’s pain is all in her head. I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. If you are a woman I would stay away from this place as your issues will likely not be taken seriously.
Business response:
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our ER team has been notified and are taking appropriate measures to resolve this. If there is anything else we can do, please don't hesitate to call our Patient Experience line at 615.342.1001. Thank you.
The staff from admissions to discharge was so amazing Everyone was so friendly and efficient. Thank you all
I had the nicest nurses during my three day stay! I can't remember every name but thank you Nneka, Faith, and Marybeth (I believe). You all rock and the shift change was seamless! Also, Dr. Dyer is the best.
