I am a former hospital board member so look at medical care from a perspective that has good information about the interactions between caregiverer and patients. Dr. Berry recently moved to Colfax, WA. I used him because the wait for the other urologist in town was long, knowing I could go there if I was unhappy with Dr. Berry. It was just the opposite. Dr. Berry is great but can't say the same for his staff. They don't respond to voice messages. I left 3 messages over different days and nobody every bothered calling back. I finally had to call after hours and the answering service put me through to Dr. Berry at his home which should not be necessary if his staff would respond to patients.
