Poor customer service that never replied to your inquiries online. I would not buy anything from them online.
I’ve had the best experience here. Since the Tigard shop closed it’s been worth the drive every time. With all the COVID logistical nightmares they’re really got pick up and returns down to a science. Without being able to try stuff on returns are a breeze and they always have great selection, sales and top gear with orders online being processed lightning fast. Best local triathlon outfitter if you need something fast.
Worst online service ever. Don't lose your time buying on their webpage.
