Purchased a tarp motor and some springs from them, everything arrived quickly and was perfect!
I wanted to give them a 1 star for the sole purpose that I only read the negative reviews, however i didn't want to tank their rating :) The first time we took our trailer to them they met us in the yard before we even got out of the truck. Update; Brad has reached out to me to make things right. I appreciate the timely follow up. Refreshing to see people stand behind their companies to make things right. Ordered replacement parts for my tarp. Paid for overnight shipping and was promised they would go out on Thursday. They did not and caused them to be delayed until Monday. I purchased a new tarp for my dump trailer. It is definitely a heavy duty tarp that is going to last me longer then the original one. I spoke with Brad when I ordered. He was very informative and very friendly. Got my order put in and completed the same day. Will definitely be ordering from them again!
