Trisol Window Fashions have amazed us with their customer service and follow up. When we developed an issue with a twelve year old blind, they told us to bring it in which we did, and they had it repaired in 15 minutes, no questions asked. What a pleasure dealing with such a trustworthy and reliable company! We will never go anywhere else for window coverings.
I bought a home 5+ years ago and there were Trisol Shades installed that we kept as they were beautifully installed, were in great shape and suited our aesthetic. Sadly the pull cord broke and was in need of repair. I could have gone the Amazon route, but wanted to give the business to Trisol to support local. We recently had some blinds that had suffered damage after years of sun exposure. Shay and his team at Trisol Windows were fantastic from start to finish. They responded quickly, were friendly and professional, and did a beautiful job on the repair. The blinds look great again, and the whole process was stress-free.
