I am so grateful that this gym exists in town. We travel to the area once or twice a year to see family and it so nice to not have to drive all the way to San Antonio to get my work outs in. It's a good little gym, coaches are nice and helpful, great work outs, and I especially like the class times that are available and the number of classes they have every day. It's kid friendly which is great. The classes aren't overloaded with people, no traffic or issues with parking. Check them out!
Dropped in yesterday from out of town- met some great folks and had a challenging, well run class with coach Kevin! I would recommend this gym to anyone even thinking about trying CrossFit- zero intimidation factor here, awesome place!
