I really don't want to give bad reviews on local businesses but I'm still shocked at the haircut I got from Trish. It was my 2nd time seeing her, the 1st time you cut my hair as I asked but this last time you completely butchered it! My hair was straight, shoulder length and I asked you for a trim below chin length but shorter in the back and a few long layers. I got a phone call less than 2 hours before my appointment cancelling it with the only option being a reschedule for 8 days from now. Tried to call, number doesn't work. Just wow. How DO you stay in business? And then you're lied to by your receptionist, or you're lying to yourselves. . Your receptionist was curt in her message to me.
