If I could give Trisha more than 5 STARS I would, She worked with us for years to find just the right spot. Numerous times she went out to places videoed with us since we were out of state, or said NO it's not a good fit. I wouldn't trust anyone else to assist us in buying another property. She helped us find our beautiful ranch that all we had to do was describe what we wanted… And BOOM she found it for us, negotiated for us, etc. since we were in California our home was for sale and closing and we could not be here for the final inspection, we zoomed and she showed us that all repairs were done.
