I think Dr. Smith is amazing. Both her and her staff are wonderful. I always feel valued and that my time and health are important here. I feel listened to and safe. Appts are prompt and the front desk tries hard to accommodate last minute appts as best as they can which I appreciate fully. Thank you to Dr. Smith and the staff at GT medical.
It pains me to write this review because this is usually something I never do. However, it's deeply concerning and I feel people need to know. Upon moving to the area, our insurance set myself and my daughter's PCM as Dr. Trisha Smith. I had a chance to establish care with her however, my daughter had not since at the time she had no need to go. In an emergency situation where my daughter had been placed in an inpatient facility, they needed me to set up an appoint with Dr. Smith to get a referral for my daughter to see a ps... read more
