Extremely rude, unprofessional and staff is unknowledgeable. Upon making my appointment I explained to the receptionist exactly what I needed. I gave her my insurance over the phone and she said it was covered. When I got to my office visit three months later I was told it was not covered and the doctor couldn’t even step in the room without charging me an office visit. Dr.Prossick is kind and determined to get to the cause and cure for dermatology issues. She is simply the best. As a former nurse I find her knowledgeable and refreshing as a partner in my health care and my daughters.

I went to see Doctor Prossick in 17, just came in for a scalp issue; she spotted, within a minute, a skin lesion she did not like and a biopsy was preformed. Stage 2 melanoma I own semis, that, even new, rattle apart, and, the mechanic changing the oil who noticed a coolant leak, a worn belt, who does MORE than their job, saves me much.
