Do not let this woman operate on you. Does not listen to patient's concerns. Always rushed. Terrible post surgical follow up; they just tell you to go to the ER. No care or concern whatsoever for her patients. If you are reading this and you need a hysterectomy or other surgical procedure, please go elsewhere. I don't want anyone to have to go through what happened to me. My experience was / is life changing in the worst way.
Please listen. This is my experience with this doctor and I don't want anyone to go through what I've been going through since she operated on me. Please, please go elsewhere if you need a surgical intervention. My life is now planned around restroom breaks, packing a change of clothes to leave the house. Only job option is work from home. If you call the practice after surgery concerned because you have a fever she will be on vacation and they say go to the ER. I've been seeing Dr. Pachiano for over 15 years now. This is due to her excellence as a care provider.
She was surprisingly understanding of my trauma response and didn't make me feel less than for breaking down during the exam. Though it's really close to gaslighting when a patient says "it hurts" and the doctor and assistant counter with "it's just pressure". It's NOT pressure, it's PAIN. Stop minimalizing it please.
I love Dr. Pachiano. She's easy to talk to and very caring about your well being.
