Portia is amazing and very professional!!
Good and clean salon. Staff is knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I was bit surprised when artist said we charge extra for trimming and shaping the nails!!! I come here every 3 weeks for filling, haven't paid extra before.
Called to make an appointment. I was discouraged in making my appointment because of the person who received my call. . It was clear she was in the middle of working for her voice sounded muffled, as though holding the phone with her shoulder. Her tone was low and unattentive. Long and behold I hear the phone drop and we got cut off. I called back and was received with the same demeanor. I lost interest in making my appointment there at Trish Nails.
