Wow. This has been bad service. They are opening up a second location, and they are currently very disorganized. The warranty person for authorization for repairs was difficult to contact and disrespectful to me. The 72 hour promise of evaluation and estimate for repairs was not followed. Due to an error in entering my name, Trisec could not find my computer. They have not communicated adequately, havent fixed the problem, and the estimated cost of repair of this 12 1/2 month old computer is about twice what I find at other ... read more

I hate having to let someone else touch my computer. However I had a fan go out on my video card that was under warranty and was not about to pay for a new one. Trisec was the contracted provider and they came out at the exact time they promised and swapped out the card and made sure the drivers were current. The man was very professional and friendly. I hope I dont need them again, but it is nice that they are there. Kudos!
