Super Tripps is fantastic; the french onion is great. That and a ceaser salad, and you have a simple, delicious meal. All of the food that I have had at Tripps is great; plus, they are able to handle large parties. We do our holiday office party there. The only problem is parking; it can get downright ridiculous, as a wildly popular Whole Foods is in the same complex. It is often a very congested area. If you can navigate the parking, though, Tripps is a safe bet for a good meal.

Ordered a steak. It was horrible. Full of gristle. That was after we sat for 10 min without anyone acknowledging we were even there. My kid is at NCSU so we'll be in Raleigh a lot but not at Tripps.
We came to Tripp's tonight for a birthday dinner. The food was delicious and our server Helen was AMAZING!!!! Our service was quick and never had to ask or wait for our drinks to be refilled. Thanks for making a great 1st impression.
Zach was my waiter tonight. He was personable and took very well care of me and my friend. I had the spring rolls. Amazing. Jumbo stuffed crabs cakes with lobster creme sauce. Margarita which was the best house one I've ever had, and the banana foster which was so good. I could tell it had just been made with some fresh bananas. My friend had the burger and seemed to really enjoy it. He ate it all. Will come back.
I was disappointed in the service. The food okay and the service sucked. I had to wait to the waitress to take my order and wait for the food.
Poor poor service and poor management. Food was only mediocre. Had to wait and wait, for food and wait even longer for a second drink. The place was not even busy at all. Manager did not care.
Chain restaurants are terrible I prefer locallly owned
The food was good but the service was not. The server didn't even bring us the bread with olive oil. I had to ask him a few times for the same item. It was just a disappointing experience since we've always had great service at Tripps in Fayetteville (sadly this location closed down). Not sure if we will return to this location. Disappointing.
