Have been doing business with Tripp's for years. Always more than satisfied. They are like a big family that you become a part of. Took my car there today. I had no heat and one of their techs took it out back to see if they could find the problem. When it came back they had fixed a pin hole leak but didn't think the heat was working. I left and as I drove it started to heat up. Before long I had great heat. Thanks to all of the Tripp's and their staff who make sure your satisfied before you leave.
Not only my ouchie was fixed, but they detailed inside my truck!!! The best part was they got the ball rolling quickly. Worse part, my insurance adjuster sitting on the supplemental for a week. Very friendly and kept me posted. AND I got my truck back when they said I would get it back. I would come back again. Thank you to Tripp's...the staff is amazing!

I decided to bring my older wrangler in to have some paint wear on my fender looked at after seeing the work they had done on another Jeep we have. I was extremely concerned that after 18 years of being in the sun and fading, that matching the original paint was impossible and I'd eventually have to get the whole car repainted to look good. Sent my girlfriend to trips when she wrecked her car huge mistake josh tripp insisted on texting her begging her for nude photos of her! I think that is Very unprofessional especially when his dad is such a big member in this community and after doing there shirts and giving them business this how josh does business! So Sad!
Took my truck in for a small repair. Original estimate was 5 days. They had it done in 3. Took care of getting a rental car for me. Fixed some other small items, which I had not even asked them to do. Cleaned my car inside and out. And did a great job on the repair!! The ladies up front were Super friendly and the gentlemen that assisted me when I picked up the truck was great and reiterated that if there were any issues after the fact to call him!
