Never felt like they truly wanted us as clients. It was never about quality health care but about their own agenda. Would never recommend this company. It was a fight from day one to get supplies and to get a regular visit time.
Look with caution. Although seeming professional at first, if a caregiver cannot be sent to the client, the office staff still persists that somebody is on their way. They'll suggest the client should live in a nursing home, even if the client only needs minor assistance to freely live in their own home. In addition, if the client has resources like Medicaid, Tripple C might still ask client to give them extra cash, which is Medicaid fraud!
