So great to work with Tripp, he really helped make the sale of our fourplex apartment building go smoothly despite many issues that came up with the tenants, building, buyer, etc. I appreciated his support meeting the inspectors and appraisers at the property so we didn’t have to run around making every appointment and unlocking every unit. It really helped lighten the load for us - and we even closed a day early! I highly recommend Tripp!
