BIGGEST CROOKS OUT THERE. Demanded I prepay for services, refused to submit to my insurance company. After I demanded they submit to my insurance. Low and Behold...my insurance paid the claim. Now Dr. Tripp is refusing to refund the money I paid them for the service. They have been paid twice. This is going on 3 months now. Don't go to them. BIG CROOKS!!! They take your money and your insurance companies money.

RecommendedYou can’t always expect this.......but it happened to me! Shortly after a car accident, and over the weekend, I started having some issues. I thought I would send a message over the healthcare portal, so when I called on Monday for an appointment they would have some background. They answered me on a Sunday night!! Truly blessed by this entire office! Couldn’t put how many stars?? But definitely 5 Stars!
