Horrible security and HOA. No visitors allowed. As a resident you must buy a parking pass to park your car anywhere in the neighborhood. I had a friend over on a Saturday night and11:30p her car was towed. She was at my home for 3 hours!!!! I have had my own car towed 2x! Once from in front of my garage and another from a parking space because i had no pass in it for 1,1 time! So nightly an HOA member stalks cars and calls the towing company immediately with no warning no prior warning or sticker of notice, nothing! Horrible... read more
Gated community. Overpriced like most of condos in this town right now. HOA of course. Parking - limited, for residents only and have to buy a pass
