Working with Tripod has been the best medical experience I have ever had by far. I had an amazing experience at Tripod fertility, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their compassionate care. Before coming here, I wasted over a year with another clinic where I felt dismissed and experimented on. My concerns weren’t taken seriously, and the doctor was condescending and not at all empathetic. It left me feeling hopeless and scared that all fertility clinics were like this. Just FYI it's $6 for parking.
We were given a virtual appointment, they took our details and shared a link for a specific date and time. On the specified date and time, no one was on the link. Called the office, one person picked up and told us they would get back. Someone did get back and screamed at me saying I've contacted the wrong clinic! I called only the number that was provided on the email lol. Best of luck with this service. I won't be recommending you to anyone!
