Started the process in April (gave them money) and still waiting for them to pour concrete in August. They are so unorganized that they were sending someone to measure out the space which is done AFTER pouring the concrete which as I said, has not been completed yet....As the other reviewers stated they will not give you any follow up calls so keep their number handy.

Tripod just completed our patio/pool screen enclosure. It looks great. Engineering is excellent and final fit and finish is very good. City inspection passed with no issues. My only suggestion for them would be to have their subs and employees keep the homeowner informed of arrival dates and times. We live in a gated community and had no idea when their engineer or fabricators were coming (thank goodness we were home to let them in).
ALUMINUM BACK ROOM REBUILT. JOB WAS INITIALLY REJECTED BY CITY PERMIT REVIEW. PASTED STRUCTURALLY, BUT ESTHETICALLY BATTLED FOR MONTHS. INITIAL WORKMAN CALLED BACK 3 TIMES;GAVE UP-REQUESTED ANOTHER WORKMAN TO NO AVAIL. CUT DEAL WITH SALESMAN TO HIRE OWN WORKMAN TO REPAIR DAMAGE DONE. ALUMINUM WAS SCRATCHED FROM CONCRETE-SPRAY PAINT FIX UP, HAD TO REPAINT INSIDE,OUTSIDE AREA...continue below
